Anyone else going to the gig at the Liquid Room in Edinburgh on Monday? Soooo excited! I need to carefully choose some suitable pants to throw on stage!

 Shame it doesn't look like we're getting Sneaky Sound System as a support act like the silly ABC Glasgowers... I would go to that too but I won't be in the country at the time.

 Yeeeehaw he can party all night, he'll entertain the crowd. And so on.

 Got an automated message from ticketmaster last night saying the gig was cancelled.

 Gutted! I was so looking forward to seeing Sam.

 Going to the Glasgow gig next month so thankfully will get to see him soon.

Any idea on why it has been cancelled?

DAMMIT It's true. I went in to Tickets Scotland in Edinburgh and they said yep, it's cancelled. I don't know why though :(

Hmm, Sam's gig at the Pukkelpop festival in Belgium which was supposed to be last Thursday was cancelled too.

Oh and I read that he cancelled his appearance at V Festival as well.

As I had bought my tickets at a record shop I never found out that the show had been cancelled until I got to the venue and read the sheet of paper posted on the door saying "due to ongoing recording commintments tonights show is cancelled and shall not be rescheduled" am totally gutted as I am pretty sure we shall never get a chance to see Sam in Edinburgh again as like most other acts he favours Glasgow and both my brother and I had to take the day off work to go to the show!
